Products and Services

We sell house plan blueprints in printed format. All plans are designed by experienced home designers and are intended for residential construction use.

Copyright and Licensing

All house plans are protected by copyright. When you purchase a plan, you receive a license to build one home from that plan. The plans may not be reproduced, resold, or used to build additional homes without purchasing additional licenses.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order.

Shipping and Delivery

Plans are typically printed and shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Shipping times vary based on location.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your plans upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.

Modifications

We offer modifications to our stock plans for an additional fee. If you require changes to a plan, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your needs and receive a quote. We are not responsible for modifications made by third parties.

Local Building Codes

Building codes vary by location. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that plans comply with local building codes and regulations. Some modifications may be required by local authorities.
